Free condoms with your C-card

If you’re under 25 you can get a C-card – a small card that fits in your pocket, purse or wallet - through the C-card scheme.

All you have to do is show your C-card at places that have a poster or window sticker (to show they are part of the scheme) to get free condoms.


Both young men and women can use a C-card;

If you are looking for FREE condoms, you can pick them up from the following places in North East Essex:

- Frisky or Risky Clinic, Cornerstone, Colchester
- Pharmacies
- Family Planning or Young Persons Clinics
- GP’s
- Teentalk Harwich
